Registering Candidates, Companies & Placements & Bookings
enterpriSe Front Office is a recruitment database where all candidate and company information is displayed in an easy to understand layout. Registering a new candidate or client is simple, new records are quick and easy to create, with the detail simply selected from drop down menus, typed into free text fields, or pre-populated from imported documents such as CVs, or from job boards or your own company’s website. Vacancies created can then be posted back to the web if you wish, automating the whole process.
Document Import
enterpriSe can import documents, automatically interpreting the contents and creating records from the information with minimal user intervention. Once the information is extracted, a copy of the original document will be stored and linked to the record created from it. It is also possible attach a photo or scanned document such as a work permit, drivers licence, or map meaning that everything is organised and kept in the same place for future reference.

Searching for Candidates, Jobs and Companies
The powerful search function in enterpriSe allows you to search through system records and documents based on an advanced search engine. enterpriSe can search for employees, clients, contracts, placements, bookings and documents held against system records and documents awaiting import. Users can search in many different criteria including skill sets, availability within a desired period and whether they have previously worked at a company.

Checking Availability
enterpriSe’s Availability Browsers give you an at-a-glance view of all your Candidates activities over any period of time you wish. It shows who has Bookings, who is unavailable for work, who has an interview, conflicts between activities and anything else you need to know. Bookings and Availability are viewed using an easily recognisable, user definable, colour coded system, allowing you to see instantly the activities of your candidates.

CRM, Diary and Planners
enterpriSe has a “Microsoft Outlook-style” interface with full diary & to do list, telling you what tasks need to be completed in the day ahead. Record your contacts and bookings and when you start work in the morning, enterpriSe will remind you of all your appointments and follow up calls. SMS Text
Phone numbers entered in enterpriSe can be instantly sent as an SMS text message. These messages can be entered manually or activated automatically by pre-determined events. This makes it possible to inform multiple candidates of bookings, vacancies, timesheet deadlines, or any other information you wish to send them at the touch of a button, freeing up your consultants time, and reducing phone charges.
Mail & Email
Similarly, emails can be sent to multiple addresses entered in enterpriSe, making it simple to send multiple, personalised emails in seconds. As well as email and Text messages it is also possible to mail merge from your candidate or company database directly into Microsoft Word, meaning you save time in sending out letters that could be better spent elsewhere.
Multi-Branch Multi-Division
With enterpriSe, each consultant, branch or division can have the user definable fields they view set up separately. This means that you can run separate divisions within the same company and they will only see the information relating to their division.
