enterpriSe Back-Office is the next-generation payroll software program from interSoftware Recruitment Solutions. It is a timesheet driven software system that provides a quick and easy way for the user to access full payroll and sales ledger functionality and generate management reports with the touch of a button.

enterpriSe enables you to store the most comprehensive personal, pay and bank details of any back office system on the market. Records are easy to manage, and data can be retrieved quickly and easily, using a variety of different search tools built into the system. There is no limit to the number of contact and site addresses that can be recorded, and there is predictive wording on address fields.

Improved Payroll & Invoicing Software Features

 
With enterpriSe's timesheet driven system, no matter how many temps you have on your books, your temp timesheet data is entered only once. From this single operation everything else happens automatically. The payroll is generated with cheques and payslips printed on your own personalised stationery and you can send the BACS data as a file ready to import to BACS payment software for electronic payroll processing. Unlike some other timesheet software, enterpriSe has a comprehensive contracts and booking system, the ability to convert trial to live payroll, invoice calculation and production gross margin reporting. enterpriSe also gives you the ability to run individual Payroll and Sales Ledger Weeks, and generate timesheets in advance, meaning you can work the way you want, not the way the payroll software program tells you to.
 

Complete History & Auditing

 
enterpriSe has event logging on employee and client details, making keeping a full contact history for employees and clients easy. Full payroll audit trail is now also available, and users can also now store additional information on the system such as payslips, enabling them to be reprinted in the future.
 

Statutory Requirements

 
enterpriSe takes on board the burden of meeting statutory requirements. Selecting a simple menu option will produce P60s, P45s and other standard forms for any temp on the register. The payroll software calculates holiday pay and working Family Tax Credit automatically and all deductions can be prioritised. Should legislation change affecting national insurance, tax rates, etc., you can keep your system up-to-date with free downloadable upgrades.

Two separate timesheets

 
There are now two timesheet forms in enterpriSe payroll software. The first is similar to the previous AzTech Temps timesheet system. You enter your client, employee, contact and placement details. The other timesheet is what we’ve called a “multi-line” timesheet system. The main difference is a grid at the top of the timesheet; each line in this grid represents one timesheet. This type of timesheet enables you to have either multiple employees on one physical timesheet, useful for Industrial agencies that have a lot of contractors, or a time sheet for one employee with all their clients on, useful for nursing agencies who have employees with a lot of different clients.
 

New Improved Interface

 
enterpriSe has a brand new front end which gives the user a variety of way of accessing their data and obtaining the level of detail they require. The new interface aids ease of use and will help streamline the way you work. This allows the user to be flexible in their working patterns and fits more closely with the frenetic event cycle that takes place in every back office environment.
 

Seamless Integration

 
enterpriSe will seamlessly integrate with most accounting packages on the market as well as front office recruitment systems. It will also produce BACS data files for electronic payment packages, to completely automate your payment processes. enterpriSe is also fully backwards compatible with all previous interSoftware payroll software programs.

enterpriSe will generate a variety of standard reports, and it’s new reports wizard makes it easy for anyone to tailor a general report to be much more specific to their needs. Now, you can choose how you want to group and sort the data. From there you can preview on screen, print directly to the selected printer, or export to numerous formats including XML, PDF, CSV, HTML and Excel spreadsheets.
 

Context-Sensitive Help Feature

 
enterpriSe has a brand new searchable, context-sensitive help system, which allows you to search for the answers to any problems using keyword searching.
